Hello, I am Imogan Da Rocha, Founder and CEO of Accelerate Legal Solutions.
I started this business with a simple mission – to reinvent the way businesses, in particular smaller businesses, acquire legal services.
Accelerate Legal Solutions was conceptualised after working at a traditional corporate law firm, servicing well-established clients who are able to spend hundreds and thousands of rands on legal fees.
A number of smaller businesses were unable to obtain legal advice as a result of the high legal costs. Smaller businesses with great potential were unable to receive quality legal assistance and ended up being derailed as they did not understand the complicated legal landscape.
Navigating the legal system is a crucial part of creating a successful business and at Accelerate, we believe lawyers exist to make this task easier.

Savannah Smit – Bio
Admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa. UCT LLM Candidate in Criminology, Law & Society with a focus in experiences of cybercrime in South Africa.
My experience includes corporate and commercial law, pertaining to both national and international entities. I have assisted clients in the hospitality, restaurant and tech industries to establish a global footprint. I also have experience in Magistrates and High Court Litigation.
I am presently working towards being admitted as a Notary Public.
